Job History:

Since 1/1/08 until today Director Finance at a German Drink Company: Financial lead of the international business (shareholdings and export) to achieve performance targets; implementation of the group finance specifications into the international shareholdings (finance standards, reporting, corporate governance and competence guidelines); financial consulting of the decision makers within the board of the company; active role of the development of the international group and its investments analysis of the current business of the shareholdings; leading all month-end and year-end activities for the international business; coordination, standardization and development of an operative and strategic budgeting; planning and controlling system, inclusive monthly reporting; M&A projects and integration
