Job History:
Since 2005 until today experience in coaching, training and consulting in cooperation with business consultancies and in self-reliance: Development and carrying out of management workshops for the implementation of an inspiring and encouraging corporate culture; Carrying out of Coachings with the aim to optimize labour efficiency and effectivity and to strengthen personality; Development and realisation of strategies to expand sales with key accounts; Development of a sales strategy to recover confidence and cooperation between original equipment manufacturer and their dealer
Seven years management experience at a leading car dealer of a German car manufacturer
Three years field sales at the same car dealer
One year senior researcher at a world leading business consultancy
Two years trainee within the market research and product management area at the leading German car importer
