Job History:

Since 01/2007 until today:
Technical General Manager for China Projects (German Company, no. 3 lime and limestone producer in Europe, 1.000 employees/ Euro 220 Mio. turnover)
- Planning and controlling of projects in China, especially in technical areas
- Planning, building up and commissioning of a production plant in China
- Building up and taking care of political and economical networks in China
- Coordination of important questions between German and Chinese partners
- Optimization of the business processes in coordination with the German Mother Company
Achievements:
- Feasibility study for potential sales and production locations for lime and PCC projects
- Run out the business plan for PCC project
- Build up the necessary network and relationship with the staff of the local government and organization in JiangDe of Zhejiang province
- Successful realization of the geological survey; preparation of the transfer for the discovered limestone deposit about 23 Mio. Ton for PCC project
- Clarify all important questions and topics with the local government: land use right, mining right and the construction regulation in China
