Process optimization between subsidiary and headquarters (harmonized processes between Hungarian and Polish branches and their German owner, making them profitable)
Leading, conceiving and carrying out training programmes in China, Thailand, Russia, Poland, Ukraine, Bangladesh (trained managers and trainers)
Change Management and intercultural programmes with leading European banks and firms in pharmaceutics, logistics, nuclear technology and automobile branches
