Project Management and Consulting Service for national & international large structural and infrastructural projects, working directly for clients or general contractors; interdisciplinary and multicultural team leadership; PM service for a semiconductor plant and a data center, both projects with a very high installation level; scheduling for renovation activities in clean room areas
2 years Head of Construction Branch
Responsibility for development, construction, reconstruction, maintenance and furnishing of self service stores and commercial used properties; full budget and personnel responsibility; strategic and economic planning as far as negotiation with external partners; overall responsibility for the execution of large or special projects
5 years Head of Central department
Full budget and staff responsibility for approx. 60 people; realisation of several commercial used properties for media industry; leadership of construction department, purchase department and awarding body; strong interface coordination with financial departments of the company
3 years Chief Engineer:
Overall Project Manager for a large broadcasting property including design, coordination of internal and external approval process, negotiation with architects, engineers and construction companies, execution control, quality management and final acceptance, claim management
