Description
Job history:

Since 5 years until today IT/IS Manager of an autonomous business field with 400 employees and a turnover of 63 Millions €:
- IS Operation Management: Control of international and national IS service provider; Cost Management; action planning for business process optimization; planning and design of IT service management according to ITIL framework best practice methods
- Process oriented IS architecture development and system integration on base of DOT.NET-Framework, MS SQL-Server, MS IIS, Business Objects Crystal Reports and Citrix terminal server technology
- IS application consulting: Provision of user support concerning all issues of system employment; creation of methodical user guides needed in client specific projects
- Selection, introduction and training of IT systems: System evaluation and system decision on base of process models and criteria check lists; organization of system roll-out in Germany (40 locations); planning and execution of training sessions; formation of IS operation organization

For 6 years Project Manager Process Development:
- Business process analysis, modeling, development und optimization for technical operative (CAE, process management) and commercial administrative areas
- Introduction and training of SAP R/3 (modules with main focus: SD, MM, PS)
- Provision of a centralized IT infrastructure solution for an European wide industry project

For 5 years Research Assistant at well-known research Center (computer science):
- Autonomous acquisition, planning and execution of projects for shortening of product development times and introduction of simultaneous engineering in different industry branches (among others several months project work in South Korea)
- Creation of a CAD reference book; creation of reference articles concerning the subject area management of development processes and shortening of development times

Further Skills:
Provision of negotiation approaches and solving conflict of aims in projects often existing in international conglomerates; leading collaborators of different nationalities and cultural backgrounds
