1 year Finance Manager (full power of attorney) at an industrial enterprise (medical engineering): Responsible for controlling, accounting (HGB), treasury, law, insurances and HR
4 years Head of Controlling at a worldwide leading audit company: Internal accounting (IAS); implementation of service level agreements; benchmarking (internal and external); “Fast Close” (improvement of month end process from 11 to 5 days); first time rollout of project controlling; settlement of daughter companies; impairment tests
