Responsible for the turnover and the cross profit for all food customers in Germany; Steering the yearly business plans and all promotion activities per customer; Leading the annual negotiations in conjunction with the Key Account Managers

Since 2 years until today Direct report to the CEO with the competence to lead a team of 10 managers to coordinate all activities between the sales and marketing department:
Establishing a decision-making-tool for the top management; Controlling the cross profit and steering price increases; Managing new product launches to the market

Since 3 years until today Head of Category Management to establish strategies for placements in the shelves and sell-out activities for retailers with a team of 4 staff:
Building up long term partnerships to trade companies; Managing the product categories the achieve triple win situations between consumer, customer and supplier; Giving lectures at ECR conferences in cooperation with GS1 Germany

For 3 years Head of International Key Account Management (45 Mio. € turnover, 15 staff):
Leading an international team to steer all activities with one of the most important retailers in the word; Responsible for the international customer strategy and the turnover increase of 7% p.a.; Representing the centre of competence and responsible for all international quantitative and qualitative targets (“one face to the customer”)

For 2 years National Key Account Manager at an international soft drink company (110 Mio. € turnover, 2 staff):
Negotiating the annual contracts; Managing and controlling all sales activities per customer

For 4,5 years District Manager or rather Key Account and Marketing Referent New Business at one of the leading company for health care products worldwide:
Responsible for new business activities in sales and marketing, e.g. implementation of strategies for the distribution of existing product ranges in new channels; Development of innovative products; Representing the company at trade fairs

For 1,5 years Sales Trainee and Junior Product Manager at one of the leading company for cosmetic products worldwide
