Customer oriented procurement solutions for construction and engineering services worldwide; development of national and international sources of supply under consideration of cost optimization, quality assurance and availability; active risk management, development and placing of structured procurement processes; enhancement of our joint venture based in Hong Kong with focus on procurement of consumables and investment goods from Chinese and Asian sources; support of project organizations worldwide; development of contracts for several legal systems; analyses of sourcing markets, vendor selections and supplier assessments; analyses and optimization of procurement organizations; support and leadership in cross-functional procurement projects; international project management under consideration of technical, commercial and contractual questions
